Selected Heroes receive a $5,000 grant for the hunger-fighting non-profit of choice
GAITHERSBURG, Md. – Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation announced that the nomination period for the 2024 Heroes of Everyday Life® is open now through February 1st. Hunger is an issue too big for one person, team, or organization to solve alone. The Heroes of Everyday Life® program honors Sodexo employees who aim to put service before themselves in the fight against hunger. Heroes go above and beyond, giving their time, energy, and ideas to help feed some of the 40+ million people who are without enough food in the U.S.
Specifically, the program pays tribute to individual Sodexo employees for their dedication to end hunger in their local communities. Candidates can be nominated by a colleague, friend, employer or may be self-nominated. Selected Heroes of Everyday Life® will receive a $5,000 grant for the hunger-related charity of their choice and an all-expense paid trip to the Sodexo Charity Classic presented by PepsiCo in Marco Island, Florida on June 10-12, 2024.
The deadline for 2024 nominations is February 1st. Learn more and apply.
